Cardiac Sonography II

The study and application of diagnostic medical sonography related to adult echocardiography. Topics will include cardiomyopathies, systemic diseases, cardio-pulmonary diseases, cardiac tumors, aortic diseases, and advanced procedures including contrast, stress, transesophageal, and 3D/4D echocardiography, and performing an echocardiogram. Two hours of lecture and three hours of lab per week. Pre-requisites: DMS 380, DMS 381, DMS 474, DMS 475
