Immunization Records

All degree-seeking students must meet immunization requirements at the time of enrollment, and keep them up-to-date in order to avoid a hold at the time of pre-registration for each term.  Students set up an account through Sentry MD and upload documents directly into the system in order to track compliance for immunizations.  The Sentry MD system is available to students for 10 years following the initial setup.

Questions about immunizations or the Sentry MD system may be directed to the Office of Student Services at 901-572-2663.

  • Health Insurance

Baptist College expects all students to maintain health insurance coverage.  If you choose to pursue a “healthcare marketplace” option, please refer to the guidelines and enrollment periods that can be found on www.HealthCare.gov.  You may also wish to contact a private insurance agent who can assist you with finding a plan to meet your needs.  The College does not offer a student health insurance plan.
