Health Care Management Job Placement rate in the field
Operational definition of ‘field’: any job in health care management wherein the graduate’s job functions are related to the skills and knowledge acquired through successful completion of the academic program.
The method of calculation is below:
[(1) + (2) + (3)] /G = P %
Where:
(1) = Graduates accepted into graduate school.
(2) = Graduates with a job in the field.
(3) = Graduates employed (not in the field) and not seeking outside employment.
G = Total graduates
(P %) = Placement percentage
We are currently collecting job placement data for our first and second graduating cohorts of 2011. We will post job placement data for both cohorts by August 2012.
