RCP 312 Respiratory Care Theory II (4)

Study of the initiation, implementation, and discontinuation of adult mechanical ventilation. Includes identification and treatment of respiratory failure in the adult. ACLS Certification is included. Three hours of lecture and three hours of laboratory per week. Prerequisite: RCP 311 or permission of instructor. Corequisite: RCP 307.
