An introduction to basic inorganic principles commonly found in living systems, focusing on the chemical concepts of life processes. Lab skills involve handling, measuring, and using chemicals common to the health care environment. Three hours lecture, two hours lab per week. Prerequisite: MAT 110 or permission of instructor.
