Admissions Checklist for Transfers (31+ hours)
The transfer applicant with 31+ hours of college level transfer credit must:
- Submit a BCHS admissions application with a $25 non-refundable fee. Please make sure that the applicant's name and phone number are listed on the check.
- Submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended to date. Request a final official college transcript for coursework currently in progress. Acceptance to the BCHS is contingent upon the receipt of the final transcript.
- Students who are transferring from another nursing or allied health program must submit a letter stating that they are eligible to return or continue in that professional program from the dean or director. Licensed health professionals must also submit proof of licensure.
- Submit a signed General Performance and Technical Standards Form.
- Submit TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) results if requested.
- Complete a personal interview if requested by Baptist College.
- Upon acceptance to Baptist College,
- Submit a $100.00 non-refundable enrollment fee.
- Complete a physical examination and submit the student health form provided by Baptist College at orientation. This form requires a list of all previous immunizations.
- Submit proof of health insurance coverage.
- Submit a background check prior to registration for classes.
