Admissions Checklist for Freshmen
The freshman applicant with 0-30 hours of college level credit must:
- Submit a BCHS admissions application with a $25 non-refundable fee. Please make sure that the applicant's name and phone number are listed on the check.
- Submit an official high school transcript with courses completed to date. Request a final official high school transcript immediately following graduation. Acceptance to BCHS is contingent upon the receipt of the final transcript.
- Submit an official copy of your ACT and SAT scores if they are not listed on your high school transcript. The BCHS ACT code is 3949. The BCHS SAT code is 6548.
- Submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended to date. Request a final official college transcript for course work currently in progress. Acceptance to BCHS is contingent upon the receipt of the final transcript.
- Students who are transferring from another nursing or allied health program must submit a letter stating that they are eligible to return or continue in that professional program from the dean or director. Licensed health professionals must also submit proof of licensure.
- Submit a signed General Performance and Technical Standards Form.
- Submit TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) results if requested.
- Complete a personal interview if requested by Baptist College.
- Upon acceptance to Baptist College,
- Submit a $100.00 non-refundable enrollment fee.
- Complete a physical examination and submit the student health form provided by Baptist College at orientation. This form requires a list of all previous immunizations.
- Submit proof of health insurance coverage.
- Submit a background check prior to registration for classes.
