Academic Credit Awarded for Licensure or Certification Center

Academic credit may be awarded to diploma/certificate students in health care, who graduated from an accredited nursing or allied health program which lasted a minimum of 12 months. In addition, these individuals must possess a current unencumbered license/credential in their respective nursing or allied health field. Students may be awarded up to 30 credit hours in the elective category for the respective diploma or certificate program completion as recognition of basic competency in the field of study.
