RTT 341 Principles and Practice of Radiation Therapy I (3)
The study of principles as they apply to routine radiation therapy procedures. Includes the development of skills in patient positioning of the organ systems and utilization of A & P background. The roles and responsibilities of the therapist, the treatment prescription, the documentation of treatment parameters, and delivery will also be discussed. Two hours lecture and one hour lab. Prerequisites: RAD 340, RTT 310. Corequisite: RTT 320.
