NSG 425 Nursing Leadership and Care Management (2)

Introduces the principles of leadership essential to nursing practice. Focuses on decision making, delegation, prioritization, advocacy, power, conflict resolution, negotiation, accountability, and change. Only offered in Fall and Spring trimesters. Prerequisite: NSG 330 Recommended to be taken the trimester prior to graduation.
