The Java Coast Café, located in the Annex, provides food service for Baptist College students and staff. Breakfast items and beverages are offered beginning at 9:30 a.m., and a variety of sandwiches, salads, and gourmet coffee is available from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Try a Grilled Panini Melt or a Java Coast Pita for a healthy and memorable lunch choice right on campus.

Nancy Reed is the Dean of Student Services at Baptist College of Health Sciences. She has a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from the University of Nebraska, and a master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling with an emphasis in Student Personnel Work in Higher Education from Eastern Illinois University. She has served in Christian higher education for over 25 years, and joined the team at BCHS in September 2007.
