Mission:
In conjunction with the college mission and the allied health philosophy, graduates will be able to perform as entry level radiation therapists.
Goal: Graduates/students of the radiation therapy program will be clinically competent.
Student Learning Outcomes:
Essential Functions are the nonacademic requirements of the program that a student must be able to master to participate successfully in the MLS program and become employable. Applicants must possess the following list of technical abilities and skills. If you are not sure that you will be able to meet these essential functions, please consult with the Program Chair of Medical Laboratory Science for further information and to discuss individual situations.

Welcome to the Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) program at Baptist College of Health Sciences (BCHS). The Medical Laboratory Science program at BCHS will be an accelerated full-time program designed to be completed in 16 months (four trimesters). Students who complete the program will earn a baccalaureate degree from Baptist College of Health Sciences.
