The Health Sciences Library is an important part of the Technology and Instructional Resources department at the Baptist College of Health Sciences.

Located on the first floor of the main campus of the college in Memphis, the Health Sciences Library provides services and resources to support the information and education needs of the faculty and students of the College. Whether you are studying diagnostic medical sonography (ultrasound), health care management, medical radiography, nuclear medicine technology, nursing, radiation therapy, and respiratory care, we have the resources you need to research and complete assignments for your courses.

Online College Library Catalog: The library offers a web-based catalog of books and media included in the college's collection.

Database Help and Searching: Instruction for performing database searches is provided to groups and to individuals. Searches performed by the librarians are also available for college and hospital healthcare professionals on request.

Reciprocal Agreements: The Baptist College of Health Sciences has reciprocal agreements with the University of Memphis, and the University of Tennessee Libraries, therefore you can use them. The Memphis Public Library requires a fee for out of town users' Library Card, the College will reimburse students for this fee on proof of payment.

Baptist Memorial Hospital Memphis: The Medical Library of Baptist Memphis is available for use by faculty and students. Located at 6025 Walnut Grove, the Medical Library is open 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The main number is (901)226-5569 and the librarian can be reached at (901)226-5577.
