Licensing for Nurses Graduating from BCHS

Upon completion of the nursing program at Baptist College of Health Sciences, the graduate is eligible to sit for the National Council Licensing Examination (NCLEX-RN) to become licensed as a registered nurse. The NCLEX-RN is designed to test the knowledge, skills, and abilities essential to the safe and effective practice of nursing at the entry level.

Graduates of Baptist College of Health Sciences score extremely well on the NCLEX-RN. The first-time pass rates exceed 92% and consistently surpasses the pass rates for both the state of Tennessee and the United States.
